About the house...

We started with a plan called the Sakinaw - Our house features varied roof lines, transom windows, and defined foyer and side entries give this home an Arts and Crafts feel.  The nine foot ceilings, bay windows, and flowing floor plan carrry this tradition through the interior.

We modified the architect's original house plan to add a full front-entry porch, expansive deck, and screened porch to allow us to enjoy our property from all directions.  We also added window seats on both the main and upper floor layouts and in the upstairs bedrooms we added a shed dormer with bedroom windows to add additional light and air flow into the upper floor.
